5 -6 meals a day

We recommend that you eat 5-6 small meals per day, rather than 3 large meals. If you’re surprised that we advise you to eat more often even when you are trying to lose weight and inches. Exercise works hand in hand with healthy eating, and you need to make sure that you eat enough calories to ensure that you have the energy to workout at the gym or finish your run, which allows you to achieve the fit toned body you want.

Smaller meals are also easier to digest, leaving you feeling full of energy rather than lethargic and sleepy.
