Alison Sheppard, MBE comments: “I use protein supplements as part of my training regime. As a sprint swimmer I do a lot of power based work so that I can generate maximum speed in the water. Taking on the right fuel is essential so that I can train and recover from my demanding schedule. I’m really excited about working with Maximuscle and I hope it will be a partnership that leads me back to the top of the podium!”
