Maximuscle helps editor get lean and mean for Hockey
In August's issue of Push Hockey magazine p.28-31 Maximuscle worked together with the editor,
Chris Henry so that he could 'Get fit for Hockey in four weeks!' The editor, a regular Hockey
player, had realised after having the summer off from playing, he had been left feeling
desperately unprepared for the start of the season and as a journalist for this day job,
meaning long hours in front of the computer and not always eating the correct diet, he
wondered whether he could really get himself into great shape in just four weeks? Along with
recruiting a personal trainer and joining a gym, he also worked closely with Maximuscle as he
had never used sport nutritional products before and followed a programme to help him build
lean muscle and lose body fat. Some of the products he used were Cyclone, Viper, Promax and
Methoxy Max.
The article shows before and after physique images plus training images and goes into detail
on his training and product regime, plus the lows and highs of these four weeks!
"On week four I suddenly noticed a massive spurt in results. I've gone from 5lb bench
presses to 30lb, chest pressing 72lb instead of 27lb and running seven kilometres a day and
moved up to 50lb on the hated shoulder press. Drinking Maximuscle's Promax has become as
normal as drinking a cup of tea and I feel great!"
Chris ended up adding seven centimetres to his chest, dropped two centimetres on his waist
giving him more a 'V' shaped torso and over a centimetre onto a bicep was massive bulk up!
In hockey terms, the extra size means that he would be less easily knocked around the pitch
and be tougher to tackle and his fitness levels rocketed!
Chris ends it with: "No one paid to be part of this feature but I couldn't have done it
without Maximuscle and Living Well Health Clubs".
