Wales International, Gavin Henson joins Maximuscle

Following the outstanding successes achieved by Maximuscle sponsored Rugby clubs including London Wasps, St.Helen's, London Irish, Hull and London Bronco's as well as England International star; Josh Lewsey MBE and having recently being appointed as 'The Official Sports Food Supplier' to the Lions tour by Strength & Conditioning Coach, Dave Reddin, Maximuscle are delighted to announce the addition of Welsh International, Gavin Henson to their team.

Henson who plays his club rugby for The Neath-Swansea Ospreys is currently touring New Zealand with the British & Irish Lions, chosen following his impressive performance during the historic Welsh Six Nations victory where he definitely made the No.12 shirt his own and became the face of Welsh Rugby in 2005.

Gavin has truly become a household name throughout the UK and is fast becoming recognised as a world class player who thrives on pressure within the international scene.

Notoriously one of the toughest sports, rugby can take a tremendous toll on the body and image conscious Henson with his trade mark spikey hair and gold and silver boots which he alternates is well aware of this and knows that using quality nutrition is the key to looking good off the pitch whilst ensuring he is able to perform at his best on the pitch.
